It is an e-commerce site that has been upgraded to a Wordpress site one year ago at their advice. After spending well over $25000.00 to upgrade our site to give it a modern look and increase our orders. Out new site now produces around 25 -35% less orders than the old site ! The support team is evasive and unresponsive and in many cases want to charge us for fixing the issues they create, calling them bugs. They recently wanted to charge $197.00 per hour ( one to two hours estimate )to fix an issue we fixed by flicking a toggle switch on our Google account ) ! If you’re reading this Hamish Or are blissfully unaware that our company is unhappy with your service please know that you have a very real problem with major customer issues stopping at lower and middle admin levels within your organisation.
