Dropped off my laptop to have fixed (just repair of one key on the keyboard) on a Monday morning, no response for 2 days, called and left a message.
Got a call back wondering what I want done with my laptop? I told him (John) and he says he didn’t want to work on my computer that day because there was a storm? My computer was all charged up and didn’t need to be plugged, but ok? Waited 2 more days, no response, left another message…no response. Waited 2 more days, no response, left a message? Finally after them having my computer for over a week…nothing! I just went into the store and got my laptop…no apologies, no nothing. Never would recommend this business to anyone
