We had a few bad reviews that were spoiling our new business.
After the 4 reviews were posted we saw a sharp decline in revenue and knew immediate action was needed to prevent further loss. I spoke with Cam, who was a great listener and described a plan of what they could do to help remove those 4 reviews. They’ve worked really hard to restore our reputation to what it was. Easy 5 stars from me
