We had to wait for almost three hours to get our room.
Then the set up was as slow as it gets. We had booked 6 hours to record and ended up recording less than 2. We complained with the "managers" who told us to call and book a new session to make things better. That was the last time they picked up the phone. Don't waste your time and money. There are plenty of options way cheaper and with better customer service.
