Miles Technologies took over our company wide technology assistance in the last year.
I have had several incidental help sessions that went well. Recently I had a major issue with a database software program. I had difficulty getting assistance from the branded database program. Ron from Miles worked the problem over several days until he got my program working. This is the personal service that gives me confidence that all of my associates are receiving the same service.
