After we hired them as a consultant to review our existing partnerships we discovered the people who we put our trust in were misleading us greatly. We eventually end those contracts and asked CC&A to take over. The results have been spectacular. What I like most about them is they never ask us just to "trust us" (although at this point we probably would) rather, they always present us with data and analysis to support a recommendation. They are always educating us and helping us understand why something works or doesn't. There are no smoke and mirrors like most marketing company's.
