your service at the ER was very poor, a patient needed a transfusion but allow her just to seat on regular chair instead a bed or recliner.
she decided not to take it due to facts that the medication has a side effects that a patient must need a complete lay down rest. unfortunately due to negligence by the staff her conditions worsen. charging fee came very fast within two weeks but service is very poor, can't trust them leaving the patient alone especially during pandemic, they keep saying no guest allow not even immediate family member, ridiculous.
