The did a good job and for the most part responsive and helpful and improving my rankings. They offered to build a Wordpress website for me for a new business and I agreed. I would have to say it has been the worst experience in all my time in business. There ability to manage the process has been woefully bad. Unresponsive and significant delays in developing what was a relatively simple ecommerce website. The design options were limited and although I gave them a good brief and example websites they did not produce anything remotely close to what I had hoped. I continued to work with them to get this aspect right but they have taken over 4 months and still the website isn’t live. The lack of support from their Auckland based office has been abysmal and while I have got a lot of respect for the project manager she has let me down and cost me a great deal of time and money because I have been unable to sell my goods. My advice to anyone would be to work with a developer in your town or city. Sit along side them and keep pushing them to get what you want in the proposed timeframe. I paid $1500 for this site and now about to cut my losses and build an off the shelf shopify website. For anyone considering engaging this company, PLEASE contact me before you do.
