The team impressed me from our very first meeting. PKI truly listened to our needs, likes, and desires, and was able to synthesize all of our thoughts to come back with a design concept that exceeded our expectations from the get-go. Working with the team to refine the site, make changes to content and images, and solidify a strong design and navigational structure was a very smooth process. Our project manager has been very willing to assist with internal technical issues and remains extremely responsive when we run into any glitches. That being said, PKI has ensured that maintaining the site and making routine updates is very easy for our staff. Our sites turned out better than anyone in our company could have imagined because of the excellent efforts of PKI. We couldn’t be happier with the end result.
