I'm in the process of creating a customer service class for our company and read a book on the subject.
It said, ""Customers should never have to feel grateful for being treated well. Being treated well should be the standard."" I read this and immediately thought of the folks at ReThinc Advertising. They are amazing! They are more than a service provider. I feel like they have taken personal interest in seeing my company succeed.
