Very fast responses to my numerous change and marketing design requests. The best person to work with is Christy Perry, due to her background in medical office management. She takes her time educating about all of the features and how I can use them best for my office flow.

It’s so helpful to have a team that knows how to market your brand and help you keep in touch with clients. Alexa helped us set up a Google Adwords campaign and it was so easy. I told them what I was looking for and they totally delivered. Alexa kept in contact with me the whole time and even tweaking some of the content was no problem. If one contact is not sufficient to answer our questions and solve our problems, multiple direct contacts are scheduled and done until we are satisfied with the outcome. They are very patient and generous with their time.

Patients are finding us easily online, we get a lot of traffic to the website, web page update are thorough and quick, the monthly reports are very helpful, and they do a good job with our social media. My only complaint is that they don’t handle Instagram at this time.

I don’t have front office staff so it is very difficult to navigate. I asked if this would help me be more hands off but it has just left me frustrated. I would say it would be good for big businesses. But for smaller business they need to tailor to fit or educate their reps when to say “no this marketing plan is not for you.” Honesty would have been appreciated instead of me using it as a $1500/ month tax write off.
