She has always been an early adapter of all things technology and was talking about online marketing and Web 2.0 way before these terms were on most people’s radar screens. While I was the Economic Development Manager at the Library System of Lancaster County, I invited Kae and her business partner, Bede Fahey to teach classes on building websites and blogs and how to use social media as an online marketing tool. I brought them back numerous times due to popular demand. These classes were among some of the most well attended ones during my tenure there. When I started my consulting business several years ago, Kiwi Marketing designed my website. In addition they were responsible for creating my company’s logo and branding. They are an information-driven company so they took the time to gain a deep understanding of what my business is all about and what I was looking for in a website. They came through with a clean, yet elegant website for which I constantly receive kudos. Kiwi Marketing kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, sought my feedback and was always responsive to my questions and requests. It is always a pleasure working with them.

These sound like small details but the fact that they weren’t overlooked allowed us to work on a non-profit evening and do the marketing cohesively and without duplicate efforts. They communicated well, made a promise and followed through and then followed up to make sure things were working well on my end. That’s teamwork. You can tell the company is passionate about what they do but they also recognize when something isn’t within the scope of the project and will talk about how to remain focused. Great team.
