Unfortunately their ‘behind the scenes’ roles need major work. Accounting invoices tend to be wrong, outdated, or missing information. I have come to not trust the techlab after SO many ‘tickets closed’ where the final product still had tech errors on it. If you have a custom website or product with Leaselabs, they will sell you upfront and promise you undivided attention and support but once the product moves in QA, good luck having it launch correctly. They make a good product, but need to get the whole company to the level of the quality control that the VP’s have.
