Our company uses Miles Tech for all IT services and support.

My company was bought out in 2017 and we switched to a new IT company at that time. Needless to say, they were horrible. We recently made the switch to Miles and I could not be happier. Hamdi and Jim were the two techs who came on site and both were not only very skilled at their jobs, but also a lot of fun to work with…we appreciated their sense of humor having to deal with us all day! Everyone we’ve worked with remotely, Sean (spelled the right way) and Andrew were also really helpful! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in search of five star IT company!

Everyone who works at Miles is tentative and knowledgeable, I switched over to them in the middle of the pandemic and they did everything seamlessly and far better than my previous IT provider. If you’re thinking about making a switch, you can’t go wrong with Miles.

I have had several incidental help sessions that went well. Recently I had a major issue with a database software program. I had difficulty getting assistance from the branded database program. Ron from Miles worked the problem over several days until he got my program working. This is the personal service that gives me confidence that all of my associates are receiving the same service. Every time I submit a help request, a tech is so quick to respond and help me fix or figure out whatever is going on with my Outlook, computer or phone service. On top of quick and efficient service everyone is always very kind!
