Our emails and website are down on a regular basis.. I would not recommend Smegoweb to anyone running a business.

I have recognised an increased number of customers getting in contact with me, which is fantastic for my business. “Smegoweb” has a great team working for them. They are constantly making sure all my needs are fulfilled; I would especially like to commend Aastha Bangari. Well done

Abhishek at Smegoweb helped me design a website for my Massage Therapy business. I was struggling with getting clients through the door with an existing website that I had made through another company. Abhishek took the initiative to give me a call and help me re-design my website. I found his service to be highly professional, and he targeted exactly what needed to be fixed and worked upon to make my website appeal to online viewers. I highly recommend Smegoweb and am excited about the changes they have produced for my business.

The did a good job and for the most part responsive and helpful and improving my rankings. They offered to build a WordPress website for me for a new business and I agreed. I would have to say it has been the worst experience in all my time in business. There ability to manage the process has been woefully bad. Unresponsive and significant delays in developing what was a relatively simple ecommerce website. The design options were limited and although I gave them a good brief and example websites they did not produce anything remotely close to what I had hoped. I continued to work with them to get this aspect right but they have taken over 4 months and still the website isn’t live. The lack of support from their Auckland based office has been abysmal and while I have got a lot of respect for the project manager she has let me down and cost me a great deal of time and money because I have been unable to sell my goods. My advice to anyone would be to work with a developer in your town or city. Sit along side them and keep pushing them to get what you want in the proposed timeframe. I paid $1500 for this site and now about to cut my losses and build an off the shelf shopify website. For anyone considering engaging this company, PLEASE contact me before you do.
