Please tell us about yourself, where you work and your role at your company.

I am the director of our digital marketing company in Sydney, our company is called Domain Bird.

How did you get introduced to digital marketing, more specifically SEO?

I was working for a digital marketing company and they did not do a great job at SEO. So, I felt that need to create a point of difference.

How do you think SEO has changed over the last 10 years? And, how do you think year 2019 will shape up for SEO industry?

SEO has changed a lot since before, with the changes in technology Google is continuing to innovate new ways of helping people use the search engine more effectively. And all this is done while keeping the bad SEO techniques away. It was a lot easier before but now with regular algorithm updates, it has made SEO harder. It is now based over quality work.
My favourite quote is: “Don’t promote for the search engine to promote your business”.

What are the services you provide to your clients and what do you think makes your business stand out among your competitors?

We provide SEO, AdWords, build new websites – what makes us stand out is our care for our client success, we believe lot of SEO companies just chase revenue and dollars but don’t really put them in client shoes to help their business succeed. We believe that we go all the way in to help our customers, we listen to them and aim to deliver the best out of their SEO work.

Everybody knows what you have achieved, I would like to talk about your failure stories and how they impacted your professional life. (As we know Rome was not built in a day)

I got fired from my digital marketing role and i was broke as hell. But, I always had a vision to do big things in life so I started out from nothing and built my digital marketing agency to aim to help others, now we are also expanding into search directory such as pagehunter.com.au , and starting into ecommerce site.
