Google obtains this data from job posting pages of individual sites and also, recruitment sites. Google Job Posting helps job seekers find the next best job through a simple search. And your Job listing is ranked amongst the top ones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Blue Icon: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the knowledge and jobs icon are coded blue, then that means there\u2019s a knowledge panel and job posting for your target keyword, but your domain is not ranking for it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Grey Icon: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Implies that there are no knowledge panels or job postings on the first SERP.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>How to use these rank tracking metrics to your benefit?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After analyzing the data, you can formulate targeted strategies and optimize for better keywords to stay on top in job postings and knowledge panel.
