Here, the best benefits will be achieved by emphasizing digital media, including a mix of \u201cearned\u201d advertising such as tweets from a company account and \u201cowned\u201d advertising on company websites or company-owned apps.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How brands make us feel is one of the most important factors in our purchase behavior. Here\u2019s how to do it on Twitter:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tip #1 Don\u2019t create great content<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I know by now you must have heard common phrases in digital marketing like \u201ccontent is king\u201d and \u201cyou must create great content to be remembered\u201d but what does great content even mean?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s completely unactionable and makes me cringe every time I hear it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So let me share with you an alternative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instead of creating \u201cgreat content\u201d why not create memorable content?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Memorable content is content that leads to brand awareness. Our job as marketers is to create content that shapes memory through content.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So how do we create great content?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.blindfiveyearold.com\/content-recall\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AJ Kohn<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> says:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Great content is only great when it\u2019s read and remembered. Track metrics that measure <\/span><\/i><a href=\"http:\/\/www.iab.net\/wiki\/index.php\/Ad_recall\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">content recall<\/span><\/i><\/a><i><span style=\"font-weight: style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Feedback is not about you as an individual<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. It\u2019s about evaluating and improving the quality of the work you do.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Polls are awesome resources we can use on Twitter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.twitter.com\/articles\/20174524\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Twitter Poll<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ends between 5 minutes and 7 days after it was posted ? it depends on the duration set by the person who Tweeted it. Even though I can\u2019t promise you\u2019ll get 4k+ votes, I can promise you\u2019ll get enough feedback to make an educated decision.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How can I be certain?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u2019ve done it many times in the past and I don\u2019t have a huge audience.
