SEO has changed a great deal. Search engines have gotten increasingly smarter about the “black hat SEO” strategies used in order to gain first page rankings. Although the core of SEO is similar, the tactics used in order to gain first page rankings has dramatically changed. Additionally, the emergence of mobile and voice search has taken over the internet. The way people search dictates the way websites need to strategize in order to be found relevant for queries.<\/div>\n

My first job out of college was at a small web design & development company in Philadelphia where I focused on analyzing website data and traffic. The love for data and understanding user behavior took me down the path of finding my next job at an SEO agency where I could hone in on my analytical skillset and continue to grow.<\/div>\n

Focus on obtaining high quality backlinks as well has a strong content marketing campaign. Provide the most informational and helpful content you possibly can to you customers. Last but not least, focus on the devices used to find your services and\/or products. This means having a strong focus on mobile and voice search.<\/div>\n
