You can get a quick idea of how you stack up by taking a look here.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Know What Insights Matter To You<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The truth about the Facebook Insights tool is that much of the data will not be particularly useful for small business owners.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to effectively leverage this tool, you\u2019ll need to know where it makes sense to take a closer look. Similarly, you\u2019ll want to know what\u2019s safe to ignore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For most small businesses (there will be exceptions), paying attention to reach, engagement, and clicks should suffice. Clicks, after all, will be your main goal for most online marketing channels. Take a second look at who exactly you\u2019re targeting, and how you can better serve their needs with your Facebook content.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Another thing to look for is how many users click through to your website. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><b>If you\u2019re getting good engagement, but not many clicks<\/b><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>,<\/em> it may mean that you need to revisit your CTA\u2019s or share shorter previews of your content.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Focus on attracting clicks, from the right people, at the right time!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is where Facebook analytics suite can truly help you scale your social marketing success. So be sure to export your data to get an idea of larger trends.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Check Facebook Insights regularly<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since Facebook analytics data is updated in real-time, it makes sense to check in pretty often. Don\u2019t forget to keep your finger on the pulse of your social marketing campaigns.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Follow these tips to improve your Facebook presence, and leverage the powerful Insights analytics platform to measure and improve campaigns. If you can\u2019t compare where you are to where you\u2019ve been, how on earth would you know if you\u2019ve made any progress at all?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facebook marketing (and social marketing in general) is no exception to this rule.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you want to be successful, you\u2019re going to need to have your analytics dialed in.
