I don&#8217;t know why &#8211; I just recall wanting to become a policeman. But as I grew up, I found a real passion for drawing &#8211; it wasn&#8217;t until my early 20&#8217;s that I realised I could actually make money from being a designer. Keep in mind, it&#8217;s the late 90&#8217;s &#8211; I didn&#8217;t get my first computer (imac) until I was around 23 years old.. I remember when it used to be all about keywords and backlinks, yes those areas and strategies are still relevant today, but these days a strong SEO strategy should be based around user experience and not only focusing on driving the traffic to your site but actually having the user stay on your site for a longer customer\/buyer experience. Over the last few years, I have seen the &#8216;Lethal&#8217; brand go to the next level, which has lead to a lot more enquiries, increase in conversions &#8211; which ultimately led to just being flooded with new projects. The only problem was, at the time &#8211; I didn&#8217;t have systems in place to handle such a massive increase in the workload. So even though at times I was on the back-foot, playing catch-up and trying to not drown in the workload, I was able to implement strategies and staff to manage the large volume of work.
