Not only did he listen carefully to us describe our mission, and specifically how we wanted our website to properly reflect our ministry to the viewing public, but he was fastidious in his research to build us a unique site that would stand out above all others. He was very responsive to our questions and comments, followed up with us on a consistent basis (as our attention was drawn to other aspects of launching our new ministry), but he also directed us when we sought him out with question outside of his area of support for our website development. The final product is an amazing display of graphic design and ease of navigation. We can use it not just for public relations and donor solicitation, but operational support and client communications as well. We have received many compliments on it, despite the fact that we have not yet fully introduced our ministry to the general public. My only recommendation to this vendor would be to identify more clearly the participation the client may have in writing copy for the website. I didn’t understand on the front end how much involvement I would have in this process. This consumed a great deal of my time. Regardless, I would recommend All My Web Needs to any business looking for assistance in developing a website, as Brandon demonstrated a level of professionalism and responsiveness that clearly was outstanding throughout the process of launching our new website.
