At first I talked to them through live chat, where Angelo helped me out with all I needed in my Logo and then later the account manager (Jose) get in touch with me and they started to work for my logo and it was very fast as I could imagine and everything went okay. Though I’m from Africa (Tanzania) Jose was patient for my late replies and always there for any changes I needed. I highly recommend this company and they are not scam at all but they make it happen. I took literally months to respond to him at times, as this was not the most pressing thing I had going on. Whenever I sent revisions, he had them complete in a day. Because this is my baby, I was weary to go with the first company that popped up. Glad I did though, dealing with Henry Parker he was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I wanted my design to reflect what I wanted. When my book was nothing, just thoughts on paper the illustrations they did made my book come to life. The highest quality in every detail was made. The most colorful, vibrant pages on the front cover continued throughout every page of the book. There was never an issue if I needed an adjustment or addition. The level of expertise and patience was shown each time. #Teamhaseeb did an awesome job with my first children’s book which will be on bookshelves for sale very soon!
