1) Search and create a list of keywords that you want to rank for.
2) Optimize your site content with location and series you offer.
3) Add product/service and location in your Meta tags.
4) Include NAP in the prominent position on every page of your site.
5) Create accounts on Google Analytics and Google webmasters tool.
6) Add your business on Google my business page and create a Google+ local page.
7) Get listed on top local directories like yelp, foursquare etc
8) Ask your customer to add genuine reviews for your business.
9) Create a testimonial page on your site and refer it to their original source like Google+.
10) Add a review button on your site that will take your customer on Google+ local page.
11) Create a Facebook and twitter page for your business.
12) Analyze your competitors profile
