You can check a few tools that do that- I believe Pingdom is the most accurate and the most popular one- You can check out google's tool too which calculates the errors on your web page and calculates its load time and how you can improve it as well. Rankwatch has a tool as well under Webite Analyzer which tests your website on 7 different parameters such as Traffic, Social, Mobile, Technology, Local, SEO and lastly the Speed.
