There are multiple tools in the market place that will do a complete SEO backlink analysis- For instance, RankWatch does a complete analysis of any domain you enter-It will calculate all the backlinks that have been generated for that domain and also give you a toxicity score on each backlink and break down all the parameters that were considered to give that score. Once you identify all the harmful backlinks on your site you can then start to disavow them.

Another really good tool is Ahrefs.
