This is a very common mistake in web design and should be considered at the early stage of design that the website should have WWW redirection. Redirection is the process of forwarding one URL to a different URL. There are three main kinds of redirects: 301, 302, and meta refresh.Your website is not loading because you have not put the www re-direciton attribute to it so for example a website example.com will not load and re-direct to www.example.com unless you put the WWW redirection atttribute to it.
