Some common issues that affect the speed of website are-

1) Coding Issue- Your website can be slow due to the bulky code. This can slow not only your site load time but also your entire server speed. To prevent this issue, remove all the white spaces from the coding.
2) Unoptimized Images - One of the most common causes for slow sites is a large number of unoptimized images. Full-sized images can consume a lot of bandwidth while loading. So, take time to resize your images.
3) Server Issue- The lack of connection between computer and network, your site may be performing slowly.
4) Content Served without HTTP Compression- Enabling HTTP compression on your server can dramatically reduce the size of the downloaded page, significantly improving load time.
