When changes need to be made that I can not handle it gets done quickly, within 24 hours. This past time Nina helped me out with several requests that I kept adding as I noticed what needed to be changed. She was very helpful and did a great job. Thank you Nina!

We have really under utilized our website to present, but not anymore. The updates needed were explained and simplified so that a overdue overhaul will take very little of our time. We can focus on our patients, and Kate and Imatrix are working to help us attract more. Kate was just genuinely pleasant to chat with, knowledgeable about what was available to us, and honestly excited to do her job, which is to help us do ours! Awesome!

Cano Espinoza is a perfect example of the exact opposite of that! He spent well over 45 minutes with me cleaning up my website. He was by far the most accommodating website technical support I have ever come across. Thanks Cano! We’re not done yet! I’ll call you Monday!
