I am the director of a preschool in Raleigh, whose website Hirsch worked on.
He did a great job on taking a website that was difficult for our staff to update, not easy for our parents to find information on, and wasn't showing up highly on Google, and completely turning it around. Wordpress is a much easier system for to use, and the SEO work has contributed to noticeably more inquiries from families looking to send their children to the preschool, many of which enrolled. I would definitely recommend his work to other businesses in Raleigh!
