Email works great, and there are also video chats as needed. We have gotten website design, SEO, content writing, flyer design, business card design, brochure content and design, and I'm sure there are a few other things I'm missing. It is so easy to work with her and her staff. Everyone is very pleasant and good at keeping you up to date. I love the quick communication through email and the simplified explanations for the things that are too "techy" for me to understand. For my most recent project with them, I approached Lesia with a bit of a vague idea of what I wanted to accomplish. She was excellent at figuring out what my business needed and how to get there efficiently and effectively.
