I had high hopes but it seems they are more worried about collecting their $$ than actually providing the service to support smack businesses in already extremely difficult circumstances. While I was happy with the end result of my website it was 5 weeks past the quoted deadline and communication was horrible. In the end all they did was switch my site to a new Shopify theme and I haven't heard from them since the day it went live. In my contract I was somehow talked into 6 months of marketing strategy. Since September I have heard from them once. The Google ads they have created do not represent my brand in any way leading to no conversions and I have had zero reporting as how my thousands of dollars in investment are even returning. Yet I still receive bills. Im not one to write negative reviews but I wish I knew before going forward.
