John is knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and endlessly patient and respectful despite all my newbie errors and confusion.
He's a real joy to work with. Somehow he knew right away what I was asking for and made it happen, while also providing his own excellent creative suggestions. In a few delightful hours we fixed my once-stagnant site together, line by line, color by color. Now John's teaching me how to maintain it myself, while being my safety net if I run into trouble. I couldn't ask for anything more!
