Was lured away by another company offering slightly cheaper costs, and almost immediately regretted making the change. I could never get them on the phone, and their chat help was foreign based, so even that was not always available during my business hours. Returned to Townsquare after a couple of months. Customer service / tech support is always available by phone, to a domestic NC based representative. They have patiently walked me through a few issues I experienced (I changed my email hosting over to Townsquare as well). Each problem was addressed promptly and professionally. I also receive regular "check in" phone calls to see if I have any concerns or needs. I can't say enough about the customer service these guys offer! The website they developed for me is clean and very professional. All around great company.
