They have always been so patient and understanding with us through expressing our needs , confusions, questions and most importantly explaining in great detail the work they do and all the different ways we can also optimize our experience. Overall, everyone will have a different positive experience based on their needs as they are very customer centri! We have had the opportunity to work with Mandy, Jenny, and now Brianna, also getting also getting to expand our relations with her supervisor Jared who is full of character, jokes, and customer service!! Brianna is such a great representative to work with, she is so upbeat and ready to help us go full force in 2023! Love their support, customer service, accountability, timely correspondence, and overall greatly satisfied. 10/10 recommend!
