If there was an option for ZERO stars that would be my my review.
I paid for their service. I did not see a significant impact on my business, decided not to renew the annual membership they refused to give me access to my listing on google. When they finally agreed to give me access to my listing (which I paid for) they "accidentally" deleted my entire listing. They were nothing but a headache.
