Brolik's role was expansive; digital strategy, onboarding and training users, and design. Not only did they do all of these things with grace, creativity, and efficiency, but every single member of the Brolik staff was friendly and easy to work with no matter what. I felt like the work they produced was continuously evolving to stay one step ahead of industry trends, while simultaneously maintaining the importance of user-friendly platforms. In addition to their excellent work and finesse in dealing with consumers, I learned so much from Brolik about how to navigate technology and digital strategy myself.
