We talked to Zeald regarding a complete overhaul and upgrade of our current site, which is a complete database of thousands of products and brands linked to suppliers. From our past experience we knew that it would be quite different from normal web sites with well over 200,000 cross reference links and many exceptions. What Zeald have produced for us is very exciting, with direct immediate web updating facilities, and clean easy to use programs. It is early days, but we have already had very favourable comments from users of our new web site. While the personnel that we have communicated with at Zeald are all exceptionally nice people, more important is the service we have experienced; the immediate feedback from Zeald, to any of our enquiries, has taken the anxiety out of all our dealings. From our long experience of data manipulation and assimilation, we would highly recommend Zeald to any company in similar situations to ourselves.
