Advanced Reporting Module gets more Advanced in RankWatch Mach 4.0

The team has been extremely committed to bring these personalized reports to you, which allow customization and editing before the report can be generated.

With the new reporting structure, you will be able to extract your “additional rankings”, such as locals, news and images as well along with a whole bunch of other information that has been integrated into Mach 4.0 advanced reporting.

With the below screenshots, we will guide you on how to generate the perfect report.

Step 1 –

  1. Choose “template name”
  2. Upload your logo.
  3. Choose whether you wish to include the logo in the footer of the report or not.
  4. Choose whether you wish to include the URL (of the domain for which the report is being generated) in the footer of the report or not.

  1. Choose if the report should have a “Cover Page”, if yes, then decide the content of the page (Title, Sub-title, Display Text)
  2. Choose if the report should have a “Table of Content”
  3. Choose if the report should have a “Summary Page”, if yes, then decide the content of the page (Title, Summary Text)

Now this is where the interesting bit is.

You can choose the following options to appear in the report or not . Yes, you can individually choose for each option listed below

1. Google Page Rank (comes along with an interesting graphic)
2. Alexa Rank Global
3. Google Index
4. Ranking in Page 1, Page 2, Page 3 (Pie Chart Included)
5. Top (1-3)
6. Top 50, Top 100 (Pie Chart Included)
7. Moved Up, Moved Down (Pie Chart Included)
8. Ranked, Not Ranked (Pie Chart Included)

Ranking Report

This option will show your rankings in a crisp format.

If your report is for the time period, 1st June to 10th June 2013, this will show your rankings for the 10th June, with increments and decrements compared from the 1st June 2013.

You can further choose whether to shows the rankings in a normal list or a sorted list(high to low rankings)

Analytics:

You can now get detailed Analytics on your keyword activity in a systematic neat format in your reports for you to make strategically sound decisions with information such as page traffic, number of new visitors, impressions, bounce rate etc.

Competitors:

You can choose to show your competitor information in the Reports as well, which include Organic as well as Paid competitors and the Ad Copies they are currently running on your set of keywords.

Backlink Brief

Your reports can now reflect information on all your backlink activity, which is integral for clients and yourself when making business decisions. In your reports, you can include information on backlinks such as Do follow vs No follow, Text vs Image distribution, strongest to the weakest page etc.

Complete Link Detail and Detail Analytics

You have the option to either provide users with a short Backlinks and Analytic brief or whether you want to include the entire list of Backlinks the website has generated till now.

Similarly, by switching “Detail Analytics” ON, you could showcase all those keywords that are increased Traffic on your website and the ones which has lost you traffic.

Ranking History

This option will allow showing the rankings on a day-to-day basis.

If your report is for the time period, 1st June to 10th June 2013, this will show your rankings for the 1st June, 2nd June and so on till the 10th June.

Additional Ranking Reports

In case the keywords also have additional rankings such as Images, News and Locals, you can export them along with, and the rankings shall appear in the same manner as in (Ranking Report)

You can further choose if you wish to show Images, Locals or News individually or all 3.

You can export the additional ranking data in a detailed format as mentioned in (Ranking History)

Note for Additional Ranking Reports and Additional Ranking History the data will only be generated if any keyword has additional rankings, otherwise this data set will not be generated.

Choose if the report should have a “Thank You Page”, if yes, and then decide the content of the page (Title, Display Text)
