Tell us something about yourself and your role at your company.

Greetings, I am the Founder of WebsManiac Inc., a Premium Web Agency based out of Gujarat in India, with marketing offices in the USA, Canada, and Qatar. I have over 5+ years of digital marketing experience along with 4+ years of running WebsManiac Inc. Our organisation has been awarded 6+ awards for our quality, creativity and marketing. WebsManiac Inc. have been listed “Top 3 Web Designers in Rajkot, Gujarat, India”.

What are your thoughts on the latest changes in the digital marketing world and newly adopted SEO strategies?

SEO and more specifically organic SEO has been very focused on improving the quality of websites that have been ranking on the top spots from the beginning. 2018 has been lucid on the same and many other factors. Being an SEO Optimist, I have always been very keen on developing websites that are optimized from the beginning to rank better. 70% of the total traffic can come along from organic SEO and other 20% from social media & paid ads and 5-10% can be a direct visitor depending on efforts invested in presenting relevant information to visitors.

The state of regular Google and Facebook updates are uncertain and challenging right now — how are you and your team managing through it?

The only way to keep up with the search and social media giant is to be adaptive and make needed changes as and when new updates come your way.

Everybody knows what you have achieved, I would like to talk about your failure stories and how they impacted your professional life.

Yes, everybody fails at some point in time, but you have got to stand up and learn to adapt to the changes in the online world which are changing abruptly. I was troubled more during 2014- 2015 major updates by Google as it troubled me a lot in dealing with the clients because they don’t understand anything other than results. But this was the most precious time for me to change for a broader perspective from search engine and exploring the things in depth as that gave me time to analyse what went wrong and what can be improved. I believe that the best time for self-improvement is failures.

Who are some of the remarkable people you look up to within the industry who have made a memorable impact on you? (And how they have helped you stay up-to-date with what’s happening in the industry).

Neil Patel, Matt Cutts, Rand Fishkin all of them have been helpful in staying apprehensive. Their case studies have helped a lot in achieving the desired output. Also, self-evolving is the best tool along with the industry experts case studies to achieve higher rankings in a short time.

What do you think makes your business so unique from your competitors?

We have various parameters set out at our workplace which are considered very strongly by our developers, designers, marketers and quality analysts. We ensure that on page factor as achieved & amp; make maximum impact on ranking. There are many factors that competitors don’t care about in their own website as well as their clients website, which is very bad on their part, in our case what we do is “we implement one new thing for all our customers and then implement all +ve of them to clients website, which keeps us updated as well as relevant”.
